Sales / Estimator Application
Job Description
- Fulfill client appointments in a timely manner
- Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor and material costs
- Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates
- Work with property managers, engineers and architects during estimate creation
- Present estimates to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree preferred, proficiency in mathematics required
- Previous on-the-job training a plus
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
